Perranuthnoe

A short ride out to Perranuthnoe and the lovely chilled Peppercorn cafe (highly recommend both the Cornish breakfast and the blueberry and yoghurt cake) , whilst the Little Barn is lovely it felt wonderful to go out and get some sea air, but I didn't walk far today, it's been a revalation how much support the bandaging gave. Though it feels fab to have it off now and just a simple dressing in its place, it's meant I'm temporarily more delicate. Baby steps is the phrase of the week I suspect.

I've a pretty good knowledge of mountain and alpine wildflowers, but the diversity here at the coast, and this far South, is impressive, as is the amount of stuff (from flowers to crops) that's still doing well.
I think this might be Rock Sea-Spurrey; based on the 5 matching petals & sepals, the lack of a white centre to the flowers, the tiny hairs on the sepals, and the fact it was literally growing out of the seawall, but I'm not convinced the leaves look right. As ever I'm happy to be corrected and learn.
