Fresh Outlook

Perhaps the powers that be will need consider renaming this street in Southampton. Long gone is the possibility of a view to the west and the direction of the New Forest.
Now, the outlook from the street which runs along part of the historic city wall is much more to a concrete jungle rather than picturesque, though maybe distant, forest.
It sits directly above the city centre West Quay shopping mall and all embracing restaurant and entertainment centre by a freshly landscaped city esplanade complete with fountains.
But Forest View? Sadly not.
