Re-housed

In a radical departure from tradition, Beak House has been relocated from the pond in front of the 4th green to the pond next to the 8th. At least it's more out of the firing line now (it takes a particularly wide and long tee shot to put the ball in this pond; I know as I've done it more than once!) so it may even attract some inhabitants.

I felt like throwing my clubs in the pond next to Beak House by the time I got to the 8th today, having sprayed the ball in all directions up to that point, then from the 10th onwards I suddenly rediscovered my sense of direction and managed to play the back 9 in 14 fewer shots than I did on the front 9.

Stupid game, golf.
