Capturing The View

Went for a walk on Ham Hill this morning with my friend Roger and Carly, his golden retriever. This fellow photographer was capturing the view from the War Memorial.

After a coffee and a catch up, it was back in time for lunch at the local Italian restaurant with Tess and Chris, whose birthday it is today.

Having got back late from the NFL American football at Wembley last night, he'd arranged to take the day of from work but spent the morning making a lemon drizzle cake (under his mother's supervision!) to take into work tomorrow.
