Focus

Fabulous Dr appointment this morning. Came away with steroids, spacer for my asthma inhaler which is frankly revolutionary and reserve antibiotics prescription should I not feel better in a few days to save me going back. Now those following carefully may be surprised to hear the lack of grumpy dr cynicism from me but this just supports my view that what GPs are really there for is this sort of standard,mundane, see it all the time so we are up to date and have a flipping clue what we are talking about stuff.

The joyous upshot is that from about midday when things started to kick in I have been able to think about something other than how much my chest hurts. Which was excellent timing for me to focus on the work thing which I am leaving for tomorrow so need to be all set first thing, even though it isn't actually until Thursday morning.

A couple of distractions of making dinner and providing taxi services and booking an apartment for an exciting Paris jaunt in half-term.

But mainly this. And a little more of this later. Then sleep.
