How do I explain this to my boss

In my morning brief I was told all towed wheel change kits where back from workshops and where serviceable after many days away with cracks found in the tow bars, this is what I found the following morning, it's been hit so hard it's moved two foot of the parked position, it weighs loaded about two tons, yep your right he was a little diss pleased, the laugage was coulorful to say the least, I cant say much more because things are under investigation
