Stone throwing action.

Noo woke us all up too early! but it was still a lay in for me. GravyC dropped ZQ at rugby training, while Noo and I watched The Bee Movie. I dragged myself out for a run to Pevensey - 11 miles - and the boys picked me up en route to Fusciardi's in Eastbourne. We enjoyed a bit of stone throwing before throwing GravyC out of the car to cycle home. We are now all full of chicken roast dinner!
