Brain failure.

I always have trouble interpreting parking restriction notices - I think my anxiety about getting it wrong makes me doubt my own brain. I parked here but sent GravyC a picture of the notice to double check that I was okay. Four hours free parking in Tunbridge Wells is a good find, and I shall definitely make use of it again.
