My Life With Luna

Woodbridge, Suffolk

I did a lovely walk at Woodbridge this afternoon with my friend J.   The weather forecast was for full sunshine, but as we walked along the river wall it started to rain, and as we had already walked over 7000 steps by then, we went into the Whistlestop Café for tea and a scone and to put the world to rights.   By then the rain had passed and it was sunshine and blue skies.
This was taken near to one of the boatyards along the river and I imagine that a yacht had recently been launched onto the River Deben.   I like the massive size of the crane dwarfing the Woodbridge Tide Mill in the background and also the rain clouds with the blue sky too.
We walked back to the car through a churchyard and I was surprised to see some of the trees were changing colour.   There was an abundance of berries on the Holly and Rowan trees, could this be a sign of a bad winter - we'll just have to wait and see.
