Another festival going on in the square, Redwood City is really great for festivals and events I have to say, it was the Fiestas Patrias: http://www.redwoodcity.org/Home/Components/Calendar/Event/21513/2569

I could not get anywhere near the dancing and I had to hold my camera above my head and hope for the best!* But I did get this shot later on of one of the ladies in her full traditional Mexican outfit after they'd finished their Ballet Folklorico dance set. Lots of food and families and arts and crafts stalls as well.  Lovely!
