Costa del Saltdean

We might not have the temperatures of Menorca but our beach was looking particularly Mediterranean this morning!

Betsy was booked in for her first service, so I cycled to the marina to drop her off, went swimming while they did it, and then cycled home. Altogether I cycled 9.5 miles and swam 1km! I did have a nice relax in the jacuzzi though.

Home for lunch and then started work at 2pm. I'm due to finish in 20 minutes at 8pm and will be home in time for Dr Foster.
