Ice Cream for Dessert

This is Sunday's blip...

Today the six of us (Rick, Susie, Tammy, Piper, her dad and I)  went to Grand Lake and stuffed ourselves with pizza and homemade ice cream.  We promised Piper vanilla ice cream if she was good while we had lunch so she was on her best behavior.  So here she is enjoying her reward.  The precious little girl in the photo just loved Piper and followed her around the whole time we were there.  I had a feeling this would probably be my blip so I asked and her mom didn't mind.  

It was a beautiful day, a little warmer but more sun and less wind.  We were looking forward to another campfire but when we got back to the campground it got colder and windier and we decided to stay inside.  Someone gave us a bunch of DVDs so we watched the first of 6 discs on the Best of Ed Sullivan.  We really enjoyed it .....but it made us feel very old!
