A chalet in the Highlands

This was Saturday, two weeks ago, the first day of my holidays.

We had rented a chalet in Faichemard Farm Campsite near Invergarry, West Highlands. The location was beautiful and the campsite was laid out in such a way that you felt that you were on your own in the middle of nowhere, as you can see in the photo. 

Luckily, on our first day there it was sunny so, once we unpacked, we went for a wander around the area. A very invigorating and peaceful walk. The chalet was fully equipped, so it was nice to just relax in the evening watching a movie after dinner.
