Drip,drip, drop a September shower

We had plenty of rain today, bucket loads but there were little breaks in between with lovely sunny spells. Feeling much colder now so the heating has been on.
Not quite so many birds around but still quite a few at the feeders and the Pied wagtails came into the garden for a brief visit.
Richard is away he saw Ryan Adams in Edinburgh and now in a Manchester having a meal with Mike and David before another concert tonight and tomorrow. So I'm home alone with my microwave meal for one ;)
Spent the day getting stuck into the housework, do not know why it takes so long but I've got a lot sorted so pretty happy with that.
Spent the evening catching up with 'This Farming Life ' .
Hope the sun shines for a while tomorrow but feeling lucky that it was dry yesterday :)
