A Guinness World Record Holder

I've been approached by a local Bike supplier to take some photographs for their autumn collection.  Popped over today to discuss what they wanted in more detail and met Lynne Biddulph (nee Taylor) at the store.  I remember meeting her back in the early 2000s when I was impressed to find out that she had just achieved the world records for both the mixed tandem and individual woman cycle ride from Land's End to John-O'-Groats.  

It was even more impressive to find out today that she still holds both records.  That despite many attempts by others, including such famous people as James Cracknell and Rebecca Romero, to wrest the record from her.  She is a most unassuming person and was much more interested in telling me about this bike, which they have just put together.  I recognised that it had a 'vintage' look about it.  For those that are in the know it has components including a Columbus (Innelli) frame, Potenza Campagnolo chain set and gearing, Ambrosio Excellight wheels and Sella Italia saddle.

It's always a pleasure to talk to people with a real passion for what they do.
