Dust and Scratches
I was reading a Photoshop article the other day while I was lying on the sofa squealing with pain from my torn back muscle - (all fixed now - but I still squeal, it makes MrsDB feel as though she is the dominant partner).
Anyway, as I was saying, I was reading a Photoshop article the other day on how to rescue old slides and negs so today I put some of my new skills into action. This 1970's Kodakchrome slide was in poor shape but it's quite a rare view so I chose it for my first attempt. Compared with some of my previous efforts, this is very good. Now, I can't wait to get in to more rescues!
For the closet bus spotters on this site, the vehicle in question is a 1959 Leyland PD3A with a Massey 72 seat body. It was new to Turner's of Brown Edge, Staffordshire and is seen here around 1974 with Weardale Motor Services at their Frosterley garage.
Put up a before pic as an extra and a pic of the vehicle JohnRH mentions. I'll take them off over the weekend.
