Blown-out.

Mandy was most displeased when I uploaded the pictures I took of her and said that her face was a mess - I should probably have added that it was down to me over-exposing her face so if you're reading this then i'm sorry and you have a lovely, lovely face.

Last nights jog-a-thon went fairly well with no injuries, no falling and no mishaps which is a bonus when me, Mandy and Gillian are involved. A further jogging session is planned for Saturday.

I can't say that much else has happened to me today so i'll sign off for now and will catch up with you all soon.
