drip and then drop

My kitchen tap is dripping incessantly...it's so annoying it's unreal but it did provide me with tonight's blip.

The biggest event of today had to be the purchase of a pair of running shoes and tracksuit bottoms. I can't believe I own such things but needs must, i've been putting off this exercise thing for some time now and i'm well and truly in the swing of this whole healthy eating malarkey.
