Busy

Busy day for us and yet more firsts!

R went for her second morning at nursery school which started ok while I was staying with her to play and then quickly degenerated to crying when I left for a bit. After 20 mins I rang up and was so pleased for be told she had stopped crying completely and was chatting, playing outside and happy! I could hardly believe it.

When I picked her up an hour later she got a glowing report of what a sociable girl she had been and she skipped out as if it was home from home. Fab - but we'll see what happens next week!

Lovely lunch with friends followed by naptime.

C started Beavers tonight and after going in with some of the bigger boys who he is friends with he settled in. Apparently they were making sparks and fire outside! So of course he loved it!! R and I sloped off to Costa for a while before picking C up!
