Mad Jack's Follies

I dragged Mr P down to Brightling to see Mad Jack's follies. This is his tomb in Brightling Church.  You can read about him here.  He was a local philanthropist as well as building eccentric follies which gave him his nickname.  In extras is a collage of his other follies  all around Brightling.  You can get inside the cone shaped one. It was a 2 storey home until the 1930s.
