"It's All About Me"

First night back for 'yonks', two runs, first after I fitted a new Nike + sensor, one mile to calibrate. The second run should have been a mile and a half to get back into the rhythm of things but I got distracted and ran a little extra.
Joshua at his first rugby game of the season, for his school, no gum shield this morning so he is now on his third of the season!!
Samantha and I attended a meeting at the school about her trip to London next week. Surveying the assembled 'young ladies' I had forgotten how surly and 'bitchy' school girls can be!!
