Another training day

Mary visited Chiputula FPS for a follow-up to the Summer inservice programme today
The school has 55 teachers, a dual day, two principals and a head teacher, and in excess of 2500 pupils.
Visiting classrooms,planning, curriculum development and methodology were the order of the day.
Take a bow or two: Noreen, Fiona, Niamh, Maire, Maureen, Katie and Elaine, as 15 teachers in this school attended the summer programmes of 2011 and 2012.
They have empowered themselves and are inspiring their pupils.
She eventually finished the days work at 4.45 elated at the standard of work and commitment she experienced.
