Assault on battery..........

Another wet day. At trip up to Stirling mart with a load of lambs this morning . The usual hour took an hour and a half thanks to 30 minutes spent crawling along the Edinburgh city by pass. Couldn't commute every morning , it would drive me nuts.
Back home then off again to a funeral this afternoon. Definitely prefer a boiler suit to that kind of suit .
Washed the Land Rover tonight as the 2 herds will be going to Kelso tup sales tomorrow so will get more mpg with less mud to carry around.
Had to stick a new battery on the combine as the one on it wasn't holding the charge. Have oil and fuel filters to change then should be ready to roll if it ever drys up enough to get going.
