Chilled

Walked some miles today - headed out to the Arsenale - passing on route a bookshop that was liable to flooding - books stored in baths and a gondola - drying washing - and a butchers doing a good trade in tripe - get none of that in my journal

On the route back to the accommodation passed a sculpture installation - by Carole A Feuerman - this piece - one of many - entitled Survival of Serena

Think she looks quite chilled - as were Yorkshirebred and I - we had refreshments on the way back
