emotionally draining and difficult day at work today but at the end of it i'm thankful for good leadership who are able to stand by their convictions even if it is not the easy or popular route. despite the challenges, i think we will emerge from this as a stronger organisation, ready to take on the challenge of transforming schools in this nation.

a few laps of the pool always helps after a busy day.....
