Who would believe on a beautiful day like today that a powerful hurricane is lurking in the south?  
I will keep this brief and to the point:  we are leaving either tomorrow afternoon or Thursday morning to go to New Jersey.  The awful news we had involves a funeral and that's why we're going to NJ.  My husband's long time assistant, Jill, found her husband on the sofa yesterday morning and he had died.  We are all in shock and will go to be with Jill at this awful time.  
Before we can leave, we have to batten down everything and get all the outdoor stuff put away so it doesn't blow around and cause damage to someone else's home.  It's absolutely nuts here right now.  So for now, we will do what we can to secure things at our home and then go to help hold up our dear Jill.
