This old guitar

The Hobbits were asking for "More Soms" (songs) as I was making their second breakfast. So with further ado, it was out with the acoustic and playing little tunes for them to run around and dance to in the living room. Graham has a one-handed approach to dancing - a bit like a one-winged chicken trying to flap its wing, whilst Lucy jumps all over the place. They love music, and it wasn't long before the toy drum, and tambourine were in full pelt. Just as well the neighbours are either out or deaf!
Today the sun is also out, after that horrible rain and wind of the last few days. After lunch, I think it will be out in the garden, to let the twinnies burn off some energy, while I read my Kindle (or shoot some pics). Can't believe the Summer is nearly over - not that we had much. (song)
The guitar was a gift to the kids from Auntie Susan - and already they like to pluck the strings, while I shape the chords for them... although sometimes Lucy thinks it's too noisy - "Stop It! Too Noisy!" before strumming like she's in Tommy!
