New Bouncy Ball

Lottie had a little mini poo-roll episode this morning. Frankly, I couldn't be arsed to fanny about in the bath again so I left her to smell sweetly in the sunroom after our walk. I'm happy to say when I came home it was all gone...phew!

School was busier than I had expected but I seem to have a capacity for a monster workload and ploughed through a zillion things at breakneck speed without making any mistakes! This evening I went for a massage on the way home, an hour or pleasure/pain. My legs really needed it, the muscles were starting to feel lumpy and sore in places and I knew it would be a teeth-gritting time. But they feel much better now, and she did my back and neck too...bliss!

Tonight's walk was a disaster for photos but great fun for the dogs. This was the only photo that was anything close to in-focus! The fire is on as I never got round to putting it on last night, the washing is away, work is done, tomorrow's bags are packed and my tuna and veggies tea is sitting heavy in my tummy. Yuck. Early bedtime tonight, aiming for 9pm on the nose, as we have road diversions in the morning due to dull old roadworks...need to be up at 4.45am to have a chance of getting to the gym on time!

Sleep tight...looking forward to speaking at the weekend.x

PS. new iPad operating system is pants. Have had to restore factory settings on the ipad tonight which has cheesed me off but I couldn't get my email to work. Dread to think what it will look like when it turns itself back on again! Don't go near the updated software!!!
