Has he gone?

The bluetits and coaltits are just coming back to the nut feeder today, after the squirrels bit through my wired garden ties and got the feeder on the ground, lid off, and nuts everywhere.
Then we saw squirrels hiding the peanuts by digging holes in the lawn!
We are going to have to buy more squirrel-proof feeders for the birdseed, and the fat balls, otherwise we are just watching all that rather expensive birdfood become squirrel food, with no birds to see.
Only the goldfinches are triumphant - the squirrels don't like niger seed!

Anyone got any ideas?
