No One In Between, How Can We Be Wrong..

I found this group on Facebook, via a friend who attended a session. 

This is a local Sea Swimming Group...  

It's quite amazing.   There are organisers, who hand out Hats  - retain body warmth,  lay out markers, guide everyone out to the markers, and someone paddles between the buoys to ensure everyone stays within them.   

Everyone swims for as long as they want and then come in and have hot chocolate and cake!

Apart from the fact that you have this view in front of you.... the hot chocolate and cake would be enough to inspire you to jump on in.
