Shredded

I decided that I must snap out of this moping around...anyhow this afternoon I did some important sorting of paperwork that had built up over the months (actually there were years of the stuff. Most of it is now filed away neatly the rest is shown in the above picture, nicely shredded ready for recycling...

It wasn't a bad morning  however it rained this afternoon / evening.

Injury wise the only outstanding thing that is still playing up is the arm that was hurting before I fell on it  !
