I was up so early that I ended up in work for 7.30am this morning. That was all well and good but clearly I've been off too long and out of the habit so I was nearly falling asleep at my desk by 2.30pm #megalolz

With two weeks to go till the next half, I'm being a bit more careful about food: balancing protein and carbs blah blah blah. If you hate seeing people's dinner on social media then I suggest a swift unsubscribe. Tonight's dinner was quinoa with chicken and a mango, ginger and cucumber yogurt dressing. Delish.

Back to yoga tonight with wonderful Jeff. Oh, how I've missed him and his funny, awkward little quirks.
