Bryce Canyon: Vertical Panorama

We got up quite early to catch sunrise at Bryce Canyon but my shots were a little disappointing, So this is a vertical panorama shot taken rather later in the day as we began our ascent from the lower part of the Canyon, having returned there for a walk after breakfast (phew it was hot - a large amount of drinking water was consumed!). If you look very carefully at the area shown in the thumbnail you'll see some of our party, indicating the massive scale of the sandstone cliffs.
 
The first extra shows one of very many views taken during our walk, and the second shows a very cute poser of a ground squirrel which we met!
 
We're now staying in Kanab for a couple of nights, and will be going to see the Grand Canyon tomorrow.
