The Dead are wayting

This is the wall inside an old German Atlantik-wall bunker. It says: "the dead are waiting" and somebody added : "for you"
I don't know what his/her statement is, the only thing I know is that the one who wrote it isn't too well educated. He misspelled the word "wachten" and wrote "wagten". Even a child of 10 years old wouldn't make that mistake I guess. So I think it was written on purpose like this.
