Up earlier than I'd have liked, but hey...lots to do. 

We got kitted out for fitba at Spartans and made a bunch of pulled pork wraps and off we went up the road. 

Alex hurt himself but by the end of his hour, he scored the winner and sore knee was forgotten. And after Alex got changed, we then saw Tom do exactly the same thing with the last kick of his game. 

We drove straight from there to Glasgow;  blipmeet with  Stevenandkerry and Uncertain ensued. We had a wander around the surrounding area of the national stadium before heading in to see Queens Park take on Stranraer. A goal in 50 odd seconds for the visitors - a deflected 30 yard strike and then by 10 minutes Stranraer were 2-0 up with a very similar goal to the opener without the aid of a deflection.

QP scored a belter of their own before half time and the second half was all QP; hit the post twice, 3 excellent saves before in the 91st minute justice was done as the Stranraer keeper saved but only succeeded in knocking the ball onto his centre half and it bounced straight back past the keeper and into the net. 2-2 and a decent game.

We headed east as they headed south and a pleasant evening of golden sunshine and relatively quiet roads and in for spaghetti bolognese, baths and bed.
I finally got to watch the Vuelta and MOTD before crashing....
