Indian Summer

Glorious day today. We spent the morning cleaning the patio with the jet wash and tidying up the garden and garage. Never ending roof saga continues.

We went to Richmond with Top Gun and The Dizzle in the afternoon. It was like an impressionist painting with so many groups in bright coloured clothes in knots along the riverbank.

Some child always drops their ice cream on a day like this of course.For some reason the sight of an up ended cone always makes me sad.

TSM had three cocktails and went drunk shopping in Wholefoods whilst The Dizzle and I got lost in the back streets. Richmond has a fiendish road system. There are people driving 'round or just living in their cars for years, unable to escape. We managed it eventually.

Sat in the garden until well after dark eating and drinking and plying board games. Lovely day.
