Ochils

Turned into a lovely day after a damp start.
Mr Rat was running 22miles over these hills, it was very  boggy underfoot in places and got quite hot, but he made it.
I was wandering around Stirling and enjoying the views and weather, having done my race earlier. We had quite cool weather, with a bit of drizzle near the beginning, but it was good for running. There were some good views but I don't take a camera on races so no pics. My foot was fine, and I was pleased with my time as the course was fairly hilly (though not steep ones and if you go up - you have to come down!). I might be hobbling tomorrow, though.
