Almost ready

Miserable day today, damp with outbreaks of rain (and occasional glimpse of sun) and didn't go anywhere.
My foot developed a sudden soreness on Weds night and as I was unable to rest it much yesterday I did today, and it's almost settled down (better stay that way, there's a race tomorrow).
I pottered around the house doing various jobs, sorted photos and did some sewing, all things that needed to be done but had been put off so satisfying to get them done.
The plums should have been ready but this week's murk had delayed them
