Lancaster County

Another lovely day saw us visiting Lancaster County & having a wonderful drive through beautiful countryside.
As recommended by our hotel manager we visited a supermarket run by the Amish and used by the authentic Amish families who arrive by horse & buggies with a hitching post instead of car park space!
Also saw lots of Amish riding along the roads on cycles & scooters :-)

We visited 2 homesteads now run as museums & took a buggy ride along a very busy road!!
