Cake!

Into Tavistock today to pick up my new glasses - much to my relief I still love them! As I was calling in on The Poet and her husband Proper Job at their dream house,  I needed cake. Last time I had taken strawberries and a cake from the garage - and it was awful! So to redeem myself I went to the patisserie and got a whole load of moreish cakes! I spent a lovely couple of hours with them, talking and eating cake! I also got a book recommendation - Sapiens - A Brief History of Humankind by Yuval Noah Harari. I'd call that a productive day!
