Scrummy,yummy brunch in Beauly

J picked me up this morning and we headed out for morning coffee. We were hoping to get a walk in but the forecast was for heavy rain and after a few downpours already we decided a coffee and chat would be a better idea. We had lots to catch up on after the school holidays. We tried to go to The Bad Girl bakery in Muir of Ord but it was packed so we drove on to Beauly and went to the Cafe on the Corner. A great choice as you can see from the blip as we had a scrummy brunch of cinnamon Toast with bacon and bananas, berries and maple syrup. 'But where's the berries' I hear you cry, they had forgotten to put them on the plate and it had taken us a few mouthfuls to realise but we were given a big bowl full of strawberries, raspberries and blueberries , delicious and all washed down with a few cups of tea. We both decided to blip our meal ;)
So nice to have a good natter and a few laughs, looking forward to the next time.
The sun came out and stayed out and there's now a lovely sunset.
I pottered in the garden and phoned my Mum and Dad and started an order for Baker Ross( art and craft supplier). I have a few exciting ideas to do with the Brownies so just need to do some planning with them and we can get the ball rolling, should be good :))
