Yellow pea soup

I have put dried yellow peas in wet overnight. Tomorrow I will cook a typical Swedish Thursday food, yellow peas soup. It is very common to eat this soup on Thursdays, both at home and at restaurants with plain food. Now we eat this on other days too, as I cook a large pot and put in the freezer.
