Since I have twice posted a Mountain Chickadee in recent weeks, I thought it was time to give the Black-capped a turn.
I am always glad to see big patches of Black Eyed Susans pop up because our Gold Finches love to feed on them. This morning I saw some activity on a patch in the distance, and was surprised to see it was a Chickadee and not a Finch.
