NOT HELPFUL
We have too many anti-social herring gulls around here (the common and black-headed gulls are far less pushy and intrusive) and the Council have recently stepped up their discouragement of feeding the gulls. They've even invested a surprisingly large amount of money, given recent cutbacks, in supposedly gull-proof litter bins at the seafront. So I was a bit taken aback to see this man near the Marina attracting lots of the feathery blighters by broadcasting what looked like seed from a large bag.
Unless, of course, he had another agenda....
