Plant Partners

Maybe nothing special as a photo but this plant has been catching my eye ever since I placed it, a Rudbeckia fulgida Goldsturm, in front of the conifer, Thuja occidentalis Rheingold.

Seen from where I sit on the patio, these two plants really stand out in the sunshine. Maybe I like it because it's a Susan, even though it's black-eyed!
