Shetland Wool

There are masses of sheep in Shetland, (a legacy of the clearances), but unlike their Scottish mainland cousins they are much more attractive and come with fleeces of many colours. They didn’t seem to be shorn much so great lumps lay everywhere. We picked up large amounts so S could create woolly objects. Here is a small part of the collection.
