It's a jungle out there.

I was sitting on the terrace just watching the ants and other bugs going about their business when this wasp winged past, grabbed a spider on the fly, landed nearby and proceeded to munch on down. That was a bit of a surprise, never knew wasps ate spiders! It took a few attempts before I could grab a pic, every time I got close it skooted away, but I finally managed this dodgy attempt. Unfortunately (or possibly fortunately) the unlucky spider is hidden from view; the wasp has it grabbed between its front legs. Use your imagination!

It's dark now and we're still on the terrace, S is yacking away with Renate while I quickly post this. My beer awaits, Cheers!
