Black Beauty

For a short while in the morning the light finds a way through to this Lilium 'Black Beauty' deep in the shady border.  Caught my eye.  Click!

After a wet start it turned into a beautiful late summers day.  Jamie had a basketball friend round for the day.  I did some admin and some potting and this evening Jamie took the restored Hand Cycle for a spin .... at times, following on my bike, I had to work hard to keep up!
