Sweet treats

Our friends arrived today laden with sweet treats. These included home made cookies, two trays of donuts and a box of these attractive Indian sweets. Just as well they have 4 children to help eat them.

We quickly headed of to the beach where they happily played all afternoon. Meanwhile l received a message from our son who had flown from Canada to Glasgow and was waiting for a plane to Gatwick. Almost home.

Later l contacted our daughter at Gatwick as she was meeting him. They couldn't find or contact him. But he arrived 10 minutes later as his baggage had been delayed. Great to talk briefly to him.
