Morning Snack!

We went to Addo Elephant Park today and this time around saw very little game - but that's how it goes when visiting game parks. Can't believe I came away without one elephant photo! We saw some but not close up.
This large Leopard tortoise was having a great time eating the flowers and allowed me to get some close up pics!
In spite of not having many game sightings, it was still a wonderful days outing -it's always so relaxing to be in the bushveld and just absorb the atmosphere. We had a picnic at our favourite picnic spot, the wild flowers were in abundance, and we'll be back there soon!
